Glass balls seem to appear suspended in mid-air, stilted characters freeze and move in enigmatic synchronicity, and a magical soundscape surrounds them all.

Act information
Calvos are the UK’s top performers of ‘contact juggling’ and appear as either ground level crystal ball jugglers or stilt characters, or both if you wish. Contact juggling is the manipulation of crystal balls that glide, float, dance and levitate surreally around the artists’ hands, arms and bodies. Incredibly skilful and delightfully mesmeric, this magic must be seen to be believed.
Their stilt walking performers have thousands of of tiny LED’s into their costumes and move gracefully to frame and escort their contact juggling partners. They also possess hidden PAs to create a magical soundscape around the act. Stilt walkers can perform alongside their contact jugglers but can also appear independently, both at intimate settings, as a welcoming committee for guests or roaming at large events.
